Korda IQ is a fluorocarbon that refracts light in much the same way as water, making it nearly invisible when immersed in water. It's stiffer than regular nylon, preventing tangles during casting and improving hooking performance.
The entire Korda team extensively field-tested all breaking strains, and we were truly amazed by the strength IQ had. The 10-pound version is ideal for sessions where the fish are mischievous and you need to be as invisible as possible. The 15-pound version is a fantastic all-rounder, usable in both lakes and rivers, with an excellent compromise between strength and diameter. Then there are the 20-pound and 25-pound versions, two very high tensile strengths, super-strong and can also be used to create an invisible length of leadcore.
