These hooks represent the biggest leap forward in hook manufacturing…ever. We've taken our acclaimed Kurv Shank model and coated it with a colored PTFE finish for even better camouflage. The ultra-sharp Kaptor point is left untreated, as the development team noted that untreated points were sharper. To preserve the point, each hook is protected by a small rubber cap. This process ensures the point is the sharpest on the market.
Each hook is packaged in a special pouch to keep it pristine until ready for use. The Kaptor Kurv Shank is available in Weed Green and Gravelly Brown camouflage. The colors have been carefully selected to best match the most common conditions on any lake bed. The Korda team is in an excellent position to do this thanks to their extensive underwater filming experience.
All this means that the carp will find it more difficult to spot the rig on the lakebed, even at close range. The Kaptor Kurv Shank is an impressive hook, suitable for a variety of top-level presentations, such as the Muzza, KD Rig, and the Withy Pool Rig.
