Boom material has been at the forefront of our terminal range for many years, but we have now developed a similar version for the Basix range.

The Basix Boom is made from clear fluorocarbon material and is specifically designed to create stiff booms, making it perfect for spinner, hinged stiff and combi rig setups.
Its transparent fluorocarbon composition ensures extremely low visibility underwater, while offering excellent krimping properties.

However, the main advantages of using the Basix Boom are its anti-tangle and rig-restoring properties.
Used correctly, you can be virtually sure that your rig will always fish and optimise your chances of success.

Basix Boom is available in two different breaking strains: 25 lbs/0.55mm (use Krimp 0.6) and 35 lbs/0.65mm (use Krimp 0.7), with 15m on each spool.
