The new range of Dark Kamo Compac rod holders have been designed to keep your expensive rods and reels in the best possible condition during transport, whilst still being practical and allowing you to set them up and pack them away in the shortest possible time!
After many years of testing and development by a variety of top anglers, we are delighted to have designed the best rod holders possible and included all the features that every angler would want, so whatever style of carp fishing you do and the type of water you fish, there is a Dark Kamo Compac Rod Holdall that is perfect for your needs.
The range includes everything from a standard 12ft three-rod version to more unusual configurations, including a model to suit those using 10ft rods, which have become popular in recent years, especially among younger anglers; and five-rod versions at 12ft and 13ft to suit those fishing on waters that allow four rods or who like to carry supplies, such as when travelling abroad.
All rod holders are made from highly durable, water-resistant Dark Kamo material that will stand up to heavy use, while plenty of padding and internal dividers ensure your rods and reels are protected as much as possible from damage and cater for even the largest big pit reels and butt rings.
The Dark Kamo Compac Rod Bags are designed to let you start fishing as soon as possible upon arrival at the lake, with a heavy-duty zip that allows quick access to your rods, while landing nets, banksticks, and the like are stored in three external pockets along the back of the bag. Two additional rods—perfect for a marker rod and a spod rod—can also be stored externally (loose or in a rod sleeve), with pockets and straps to keep them in place. So, if you need a quick head start during a swim, you can do so almost instantly without having to unpack half your gear.
Continuing the theme of being able to fish quickly upon arrival, there's also an external pocket for storing leads or similar, which is great if you're using a lead clip, Heli-Safe or any other system where the lead is removed at the end of the previous session when you reel in - often when you've already packed everything else away, they can be zipped into this pocket, ready to be used on the next rig.
