Grains

The cheapest baits are without a doubt grains, they are certainly effective and can be used in any environment, even without prior baiting.

If you fish with multiple rods, it would be a good idea to use at least one with grains, or to use them when the boilies are failing, even in winter, there will be plenty of surprises!
