We took our most popular Wide Gape hook and made a few tweaks to the design.
The result is our ultra-sharp, ultra-strong Straight Point hook.
By lengthening the shank, we made the Straight Point slightly longer than the Wide Gape and rotated the eyelet 15 degrees.
The most notable design feature, however, is the straight, tapered, and incredibly sharp tip.
The end result is one of the most versatile and efficient hooks we have ever made.
Strength and durability were also considered paramount when designing this hook.
We've increased the gauge of the Japanese steel, making this hook as strong as the other X-gauge hooks in our range.
It has been forged and coated in PTFE to ensure long life, while maintaining a razor-sharp tip from the first use.
