The eight-plus-one construction, featuring a sinking density core surrounded by high-quality braided Dyneema, results in a braided line that can be used frequently and easily. The smaller diameter braid with a rounded profile makes casting and spooling easier. The Baseline quickly cuts through the surface and settles along the bottom for better line concealment.
Offering new technology in braided lines, Baseline UV Yellow contains strands that reflect ultraviolet light, allowing you to instantly identify both the position and direction of your line day or night.
The high visibility yellow provides maximum visibility of the fishing line during the day and in the dark by shining it with the Powerbanx UV head torch, you can see the fishing line glow as it reflects the ultraviolet light.
For boaters, the benefits are immediate and immense, ensuring the ability to easily identify line positions, regardless of poor visibility, reducing the risk of snagging or accidental cuts from propellers or the boat's keel. The high-visibility properties of Baseline UV are equally useful when keeping lines close by or playing with carp under or above other lines.
Available in 600m and 1200m spools, Baseline offers the flexibility to spool small amounts of line onto 2 and 3 reels or fill larger reels in one go for the most extreme applications anywhere in the world.
The reflective properties of Baseline Braid UV Yellow will slowly decrease over time. The contents of a spool can be reversed to restore maximum reflective performance.
