The Connect Deep Pan & Griddle XL Granite Edition features cool-touch removable handles and a detachable hinge system that transforms one pan into two: a deep-sided saucepan and a separate griddle.
The grill pan acts as a lid over the deeper pan and can be detached to become a separate pan, allowing you to cook two batches of food at once.
The plate is also interchangeable with the RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster XL Granite Edition.
