Package Contents:
This pack contains 250g of ready-to-use Hard Hookbait Mix, used to create Live System hard hookbaits, Pop Ups with cork balls and Wafters with cork powder and 5ml of hemp oil.
The ingredients in this package will make a mixture of 2-3 eggs.
Properties of the Live System hard bait mix:
This is a complete, ready-to-use mix of hookbaits with bait hardener.
Make extra-durable hookbaits that match Live System boilies
Easy to roll, produces bait that will air dry to a hard consistency
It produces a tough skin on the baits that makes them "bird strike proof"
The resulting baits can be tied, needled or drilled
Properly dried baits will remain hard for at least 24 hours in water
Making live system cork ball pop-ups:
Mix 1 medium egg + 0.5 ml of hemp oil
Add 100 g of Live System Hard Hookbait Mix
Blend together to create a small block of dough
Leave the pasta in a sealed plastic bag for >30 minutes
Roll the dough around the cork balls to create pop ups
Boil the baits for 1 minute + then let them air dry
Dry for 24-72 hours depending on the required hardness
Finished lures can be air dried or glued, then frozen
Production of Live System cork dust filters:
Mix 1 medium egg + 0.5 ml of hemp oil
Mix 95g of Live System hard bait mix + 5g of cork powder
Blend together to create a small block of dough
Leave the pasta in a sealed plastic bag for >30 minutes
Roll the baits to the required size and shape
Boil for 1 minute, then let them air dry
Dry for 24-72 hours depending on the required hardness
Finished lures can be air dried or glued, then frozen
Suggestion for use:
The buoyancy of your cork ball pop-ups can be adjusted by using larger or smaller cork balls, and the buoyancy of your Wafters can be adjusted by using more or less cork powder.
Expiring baits can be made by replacing 20% of the liquid eggs with our Liquid Bait Preservative.
