The star of our Combi-Multi Rig Masterclass – during which Darrell Peck explained this terminal tackle in great detail – the rig is now also available in a ready-to-use version.
Made to Pecky’s exacting standards, these ready-made rigs are a real game changer.
They are built using the same components used by Darrell in the Masterclass: 25lb Boom line, 25lb Slip D Braid and the ever-reliable Wide Gape X hooks, which form the heart of the rig.
At the opposite end to the hook, the Boom is crimped onto a Korda ring swivel (size 8), designed to fit perfectly into the Korda lead clip.
In recent years, these rigs have helped catch thousands of fish. They're simple to use, extremely effective, and, most importantly, field-tested by some of the best carp anglers around.
Each pack contains two rigs; they are available in barbless and barbed versions, with Wide Gape X hooks in sizes 4 and 6.
