Korda Kaizen Green Ceramic

The hugely popular Kaizen Green range is now available with ceramic rings on all distance and spod models, giving anglers even more choice when it comes to setting up their tackle.

The original Kaizen Green rods have been designed to offer many of the performance features of our flagship Kaizen Platinum range at a much more affordable price.

Crafted with a fast taper profile, the blanks offer a responsive, tip action, promoting rapid tip movement and efficient power transfer during the cast.

At the same time, the tip maintains a certain elasticity, capable of cushioning the escapes of the fish at close range, making these rods pleasant both during the casting phase and during the fight.

Until now, ceramic rings were only available on the 10-foot Kaizen Green models. In response to angler demand, this option has been extended to the longest and most powerful models in the range.

Compared to Minima rings, the ceramic inserts – extremely wear-resistant – offer greater longevity and are perfectly suited to small-diameter lines, commonly used for fishing and casting at extreme distances.

When powerful casts repeatedly slide the line through the guides at high speed, the smooth, abrasion-resistant surface of the ceramic ensures the reliability and safety needed for the most demanding long-distance fishing sessions.

The ceramic rings also give the rods a different look. Their more robust construction creates a slightly more traditional and premium aesthetic than the minimalist lines of the Minima rings, while still maintaining the understated style that distinguishes the Kaizen Green range.

Each rod features the proven Kaizen Green blank, featuring a non-reflective matte finish, black wrappings, and subtle green accents. The black Japanese shrink-wrap handle features a flared end for a secure grip during powerful casts, while the Sea-Guide DPS-style reel seat ensures a secure reel hold.

Whether you're fishing big European waters, trying to get every metre out of your cast, or need stronger guides for your spod rod, there's now a Kaizen Green Ceramic that's perfect for your needs. Available models:
