Brand new patented Tubing Lead Clip design that grips and holds the tubing inside the clip, ensuring it doesn't slip along the line like other clips can.
When using tubing to secure the main line or to protect the sides of the fish, it is essential that the tubing does not ride up the main line during the fight, otherwise the main line could lift the scales causing injury to the fish.
The Tubing Lead Clip ensures that the tubing cannot slip along the line. It features a side window that allows access to the inside to insert a locking funnel (witch's hat) onto the main line as it is pushed into the tubing. When this window is replaced, the pin locks the swivel and tubing in place, preventing the tubing from slipping out of the clip.
The precision tail rubber allows the lead to release from the clip in the event of a snag, but unlike other clips, the tubing will not be dragged along.

Once the window is repositioned, a pin mechanism securely locks both the swivel and the tube in place.
The tail rubber is precisely fitted to allow the lead to be safely ejected in the event of snagging.
Unlike standard clips, the tube stays in place and is not dragged along the line when the lead is released.
