These hooks were developed in collaboration with Japanese hook market leader Gamakatsu and designed by our Pole Position product team. This resulted in hooks that accelerate in strength, design, and above all, sharpness.
The S-type can be used in a variety of situations and is considered a signature hook pattern within the Pole Position range. The combination of a very long, straight point (with a micro-barb) and a medium-long shank make this hook extremely aggressive. By slightly extending the hook using our ready-made aligners or a small piece of heat-shrink tubing, it will spin even faster.
