Korda Ring Swivels have been developed to create a strong joint when using Chod or Hinged Stiff Rigs. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating is a synthetic polymer that has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid.
This makes it the perfect coating for our swivels as it reduces friction between the body and the eye of the swivel, allowing them to rotate freely, reducing tangles.
